岗位描述：1. Internal defects: Problem solving, CIP. 2. Customer complaints: 8D Corr. actions follow up improvements and customer communication.3. Supplier issues : Issue ncr + request 8D from supplier and follow up corr. Action from 4. Internal and external FAI. 5. Quality planning for heat exchanger production line. 6. Quality monthly report 7. Participate in defining and updating PFMEA 8. On line process quality control and new production try run quality control. 任职资格：1. Basic knowledge on quality tools, such as SPC, FMEA, Control plan, 8D report, Fishbone, 5Why etc.2. Quality skills and production experience3. Experience in process audit, internal and external audit and component qualification4. Customer communication skill 5. Experienced in ISO9001 or IRIS6. Good PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD7. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and good analytical & problem-solving skills; Time management 8. Excellent English language skills(communicate with foreigner);9. Strong communication and organizational skills;10. Supervision/Management experience and Strong leadership skills in related field11. Experience in working in multinational companies is advantageous 12. With welding or heat exchanger manufacturing experience are advantageous13. Experience in working in Railway product manufacture companies is advantageous
